At Route4 Solutions, we firmly believe in placing the right driver in the right placement and as such it is crucial that we continually look for reliable drivers to help grow the business.

Route4 Solutions is always on the lookout for reputable drivers to help us meet our ever-increasing demands. In our opinion there is no better way to recruit than by word of mouth and by you recommending the services of Route4 Solutions. You could earn a grand total of £550 in the process.

By going the extra mile to get to know our drivers on a personal level, we have created a loyal pool of drivers that make themselves permanently available to us. We are very proud of our 85% driver retention level.

If the driver you recommend completes 10 shifts with us, we will pay you a sum of £50. In addition to this, we will pay you an additional £10 for every week in which they complete 5 shifts. We will continue to pay you this weekly fee for a maximum of 50 weeks.

For every new driver, you refer you could earn a grand total of £550. There’s also no limit to the number of drivers you refer.

To become a Route4 Solutions HGV Driver, you will need to refer drivers that have the following skills;

• A clean HGV license with CPC and digital tachograph card
• Excellent road safety knowledge and driving skills
• An ability to work on your own, with a level of high concentration, as often there will be long periods of time between drop-offs.
• A polite manner to work alongside valued customers
• A basic ability to complete record sheets and paperwork accurately.

If the driver you want to refer, meets the above criteria, simply provide us with their name and contact number, or ask them to call us on 0845 852 0444 quoting your name. We’ll take care of the rest.

In April 2018, Route4 Solutions announced expansion plans to open a new office in Brackley, Northamptonshire headed up by Director, Ed Pratt.
